WHO we are
After 26 years in youth ministry, we created the Youth Ministry oasis because we desire to see healthy youth ministries in every city transforming their communities for Christ. We want youth pastors and spouses to experience a trusted relationship with us so they can increase their health, navigate crises, and ward off disasters.
what we do
We guide youth ministry leaders into healthy youth ministry by offering free and confidential soul care and coaching to youth pastors and spouses.
how we do it
- One-on-one meetings in person, phone calls and zoom.
- Host one-on-one retreats with youth pastors and spouses.
- Attend local youth pastor network meetings.
- Consult with churches and leadership.
- Speak at youth ministry training events.
- Host the Youth Leader Summit (NJ & FL).

Todd was a youth pastor for 26 years and has experienced the highs and lows of youth ministry. He loves that he gets to be for others what he wished he had through those dark seasons. As a certified ministry coach, he is willing to coach you or just sit and listen to your story.

lynda pearage
Lynda has been in ministry for 26 years as a small group leader, cheerleader and unofficial administrator. Her love for middle school students and passion for God's word allowed her to make lasting impact. As a ministry spouse, she understands how lonely life in ministry can be.

The 2024 Youth Leader Summit will be an incredible three days of teaching, worship, rest & a lot of fun. Our goals are simple, we want to encourage, equip and refresh youth leaders and spouses. Please check out the two locations and we hope to see you there!
